  1. New noise..anyone else have this…

My JT started that same squeal the same day the Dealer replaced the HPFP so I called the service advisor and he said they never touched the serpentine belt or pulleys, but there could be fluid on the belt and would eventually stop, I made an appointment anyway then the squeal stopped the day of...
  2. Spacers with DIESEL Mopar lift springs

I only had the JT about a week before the dealer installed the Teraflex 1.5" front spacers with the Mopar Diesel lift so I don't know what impact they have on the ride alone, but combined the ride was stiffer than stock. I waited on installing the .5" rear Teraflex spacers to see how much the...
  3. Spacers with DIESEL Mopar lift springs

"Escape.idiocracy, post: 1252400, member: 47127"] Anyone with the diesel Mopar lift kit add a spacer up front? 1” or 1.5”?? Looking to “level” the truck, but not do this twice to get things right. :) 1" front coil spacer added to the Mopar Diesel lift should level it if you don't carry a lot...
  4. Lift that sits level

I've been holding off on the winch and thinking about installing a front receiver so I can use the winch in the front or back and store it in the bed and not worry about the extra weight up front especially with the diesel weighting around 500lb more already. I also wanted to mount my Auxbeam...
  5. Lift that sits level

Mine is a Diesel and no winch yet so a 1" coil spacer would've leveled it, with the added weight of the winch I'd go 1.5" my gas JL dropped .75" when I added the winch. I have my caster set at 6 degrees and it handles great especially when towing a 3600lb trailer at 70 miles an hour, it does...
  6. Lift that sits level

I had the the Mopar 2" lift installed on my Diesel Rubicon and added the Teraflex 1.5" coil spacer to the front and .5" to the back coils. My JTRD only needed a 1" coil lift in the front to level, but I was trying to hit a certain height for towing and since it's close to level I replaced my...
  7. Securing your Trailer while you venture out.

A friend of mine had his $5000 mower & trailer stolen, the police found a stolen truck with the trailer still attached with the ball clamp still locked down and no mower , there was a 1-7/8" ball under the 2" hitch.
  8. Can the JT handle 20% EtOH gas? I am being told that MN requires all gas to be this now

You are correct Iowa is 1st in Corn production. When I lived there you could actually hear the Corn growing during the night!
  9. 20K reasons to celebrate ShadowsPapa

After reading 100's of threads you start to look for his comments and when I don't see one I wonder if the thread is official since it hadn't been christened by ShadowPapa
  10. I Love Winter... Post Your Snow Pics ❄️ 📸

No pics from Buffalo, NY with 72" recently dumped on them?
  11. Thinking of trading my 21 gas JT for an eco diesel JT

I had a 4 year Lease with the option to buy at the end and here in Minnesota they send you the Title showing there is a Lien on it, after a year I took the Title and Truck to the Dealer and traded it in with no issues or penalties.
  12. Damn Diesel

I don't have a pic showing squat, after multiple testing and not wanting to use a weight distribution hitch I exchanged the rear bump stop with the Timbren rubber suspension with additional spacer added and get a 1" squat with Trailer attached fully loaded at 3800lb and around 400lb tongue...
  13. Damn Diesel

Didn't know if you wanted JTRD or Trailer.
  14. Damn Diesel

No problem! Tow 3800lb Trailer 200lb gear in bed no WDH replaced rear bump stops with Timbren only, JTRD on 35's @ 70 mph on hwy - 12mpg, 24 not towing. No regrets no matter what Diesel costs enjoying life isn't cheap.
  15. guys with 2.5" and 3.5" lifts

With the Diesel engine 400lbs more I went with the Mopar 2" Diesel specific Lift for my 22' JTRD and added the front Teraflex 1.5" coil spacer to level it in case I went with 37's. I've only had it for 90 days and this is all I've done so far, but I extremely happy with the ride and no bottoming...
  16. Disable honking when stepping out while engine is running

I received a reply from Ian at Z Automotive and he forwarded the Horn issue to their Engineer and he'll take a look to see if it is doable as soon as possible. Edit - 4D Tech also replied that they hope to have a fix in the future, but do not have a timeline.
  17. Disable honking when stepping out while engine is running

I sent an email to Z Automotive and 4D Teck asking for their help to disable this annoying feature. 4D Teck offers a Flash Module for Ford owners experiencing the same issue and there are Ram & GMC owners looking for a solution as well. I seriously did search and found animal sounding horns on...
  18. Disable honking when stepping out while engine is running

I've searched for hours for an answer and only found more pissed Jeep & Ram owners with the same issue and the service dept. told them they couldn't disable that feature. I found on page 17 of my '22 owners manual under Key Left Vehicle Feature that the horn will chirp 3 times & the exterior...
  19. Disable honking when stepping out while engine is running

Chrysler Winona, I've bought 5 Jeeps from them and never had an issue. They've always treated me well and gave me $52,000 for my '20 JL that I bought from them 2 1/2 years ago for $52,989 and only had to put 2 sets of wiper blades on it.
  20. Disable honking when stepping out while engine is running

The JT was built 5 weeks ago and I assume it's a new warning added to the '22 model and occurs when you push the start button on the dash after remote and manual start up's and you exit the vehicle and shut the door with the engine running it will honk 3 times and you can see thru the window the...
