Finally picked mine up. Took 12 weeks from order to delivery. I am totally loving it so far.

Mine was just delivered to the dealer 1 day short of 12 weeks from order. All set to pick it up on Thursday.

If my dealer had no clue on the options, the first thing I would do is to find a NEW dealer.

It works for me and I even verified that the last line of the build sheet says....."INCREDIBLY PAINFUL SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIME"

8 weeks and 3 days………still waiting.

You have a better chance of hitting Powerball than getting a reliable answer on any type of a SOLID and ACCURATE time frame from FCA Chat or your dealer. So many broken dates have occurred during my build its not even funny. Everything is nothing but pure speculation when you are told a date...

I would not trust the email. I would contact your dealer and get their input on when you would actually see your vehicle. My dealer told me that while Jeep says your vehicle has been delivered to the dealer it is in fact dropped at the dealer holding area. In my case that location is 2 hours...

Chat is now back up and working. Unfortunately, I still get the "we are gathering the parts for your build....blah blah blah"
