    They’re most always state specific and VIN exclusive so you don’t have to worry about people going to the hospital, putting you on a DNR order and collecting life insurance on you. Lol

    20 years in the auto title biz here and it’s common for dealers to wanted a POA in case they botch an assignment and need to order a duplicate etc
