Thanks for all of the responses. I’m not as upset as I was but I’ll be glad when it’s repaired. I love the truck but my admiration of it certainly took a hit.

Last week the buttons on my steering wheel on my 2020 Gladiator just stopped working. All of them except the cruise control. They don’t light up or function in any way. So I called my dealer and they can’t see me until 1/20. The very next day my driver’s side sunvisor broke and is now dangling...
