i had a '16 2500 4x4 Cummins Sport and i miss that too was a caddy compared to the '02
so ya to me the Jeep is underpowered ....
so they tell me to park inside because the Jeep is easily stolen because the software is an open book and now i have to park outside because it can go up in flames ... shouldve kept my 2500 Ram ...
the easiest and cheapest way for Jeep is to add a turbo to the 3.6 like it was intended for, that would solve half of there issues ... and create just as much more ...
exactly, i got my 99 Dakota because it was bigger than a S10 and offered the V8 plus it looked pretty good compared to the rest. But that 5.9 drank like a drunken sailor at an open bar ...
Ive always put a 3/4" plywood on top and a cardboard on top of that for sliding certain things. I ve had both drop in on 2 of my trucks back in the day and the last 2 trucks i had spray-in. That ply takes a beating when i start dropping in cinder blocks or interlocks.
if i know im going to go under alot of bridges or the weather is sunny with clouds i just take it off Auto. But i second it, its way too sensitive. The sensor in my Ram was nicely calibrated didnt go on under bridges and turned on at dusk.

i did my old 02 Cummins too brought a tear to my eye to see it again ....
