  1. Faux '24 Head Unit and Dash Replacement (Android)

It look like it's redirecting the driver's side, but not the passenger side.
  2. Faux '24 Head Unit and Dash Replacement (Android)

I was surfing eBay and noticed this faux '24 style head unit and dash replacement. I'm not a fan of these generic Android radios, but I'm curious, has anyone purchased one of these? IMO, it looks cheap. Link to auction: Here
  3. Toys?

I know this set is nothing new, but I've been wanting one for years. My wife picked it up for me at Hobby Lobby yesterday for $10. Now it just needs a lift, tires, paint, bumpers, decals, and the chopping off the roof/bed rack, spare tire, and bed rack).
  4. I Drilled 58 Holes In My Truck Body 🤬

My goodness, that's a lot to digest! Great reply. đź‘Ť There're many paths to self-reliance. For me, my father was killed in a car crash when I was 3, so I learned how to repair things out of financial necessity. Since my mother spent a lot of her time 'self medicated' to cope with her troubles...
  5. I Drilled 58 Holes In My Truck Body 🤬

Cool. You may be the exception I was referring to. The way I see it, most people are capable of doing most things, just not without freaking out about their potential to make mistakes. In my experience, nearly every fuck-up is is a byproduct of poor planning and basic human errors. If you use...
  6. I Drilled 58 Holes In My Truck Body 🤬

Basically, if someone has to always rely on others, even the smallest projects can get very expensive.
  7. I Drilled 58 Holes In My Truck Body 🤬

Mostly, IMO, because the average "modern" man has very little understanding of how things work and/or have very little mechanical experience.
  8. 2024 Mojave X and Rubicon X Full Time Transfer Cases?

That's actually very interesting. What an odd oversight (...?).
  9. 23 red rubi on 42’s build

Outstanding truck! Those are some serious wheels and tires. Also, I'm looking forward to seeing where you're going with the bumpers and sliders/nerfs.
  10. Usless Worthless Mods and Accessories (WTF?!? Thread)

Yeah, for most it’s probably a waste of money. Thankfully, mine gets used at least once a month. I work at a school and the Admin asks to barrow it for activities all the time. IMO, it’s something that many people probably don’t even know they have.
  11. 392 Steering Wheel Retrofit

    Will do, thanks.
  12. 392 Steering Wheel Retrofit

Interesting, hmm, I'm having a tough time finding a seller, all (so far) show unavailable. I'll keep looking. Thanks for the verification. đź‘Ť
  13. 392 Steering Wheel Retrofit

Thanks for posting this! Just want to verify, this is the part number, correct?
  14. AEV Dualsport Lift and Teraflex Spacer installed -- review & photos

I can’t contribute much, but I’ll say these “lifted” trucks crack me up! 8” lift in front, stock in rear, 24” wheels, and low profile tires , that when combined with the wheels cost more than the truck! When my kids were in High School they called it the “dirty diaper”!!! Since then, that’s all...
  15. Confirmed: Gladiator 4xe coming in 2025. JT Gladiator production continues into 2028

"Next generation Jeep Wrangler (J70)" I won't get into the EV vs ICE argument, but I am oddly curious about the J70 designator.
  16. Jeep Gladiator value in the toilet

Sorry, I must have glazed over it. As to the rest, agreed. The current market is pretty crummy across the board, but time will tell.
  17. Updated 2024+ grille installed on my 2020 JT (temperature readings added)

Looks outstanding, I believe it's the first swap I've seen without the camera-bracket, it looks much cleaner. I picked one up, but it has the camera bracket which I want to swap-out. Unfortunately the parts diagram doesn't seem to match the actual grille
  18. Updated 2024+ grille installed on my 2020 JT (temperature readings added)

Looks good! Did you purchase it as a completed unit, or did you assemble it yourself?
  19. Jeep Gladiator value in the toilet

I often wonder what research other people do prior to purchasing a new vehicle. What were your expectations when you decided to purchase a Jeep? (seriously) In my experience, Jeeps aren't investments; they're tools or toys, at best. I’ve also never understood the draw to marketing gimmicks...
  20. Updated 2024+ grille installed on my 2020 JT (temperature readings added)

Funny how time has a way of changing perspectives. Back when I first saw the 2024 grill design, I didn't care it. IMO it looked too much like the Renegade's grill (I'm not a Renegade fan). Then, of course, the more I looked at it, and compared it to the previous version, the more it's grown on...
