Curious, this should also fit the 21' Wrangler also? I'm thinking of ordering 2 one for his and hers. And if i'm not mistaken the front bumper mounting are the same for both but there rears are absolutely not.
The "Look" is subjective, while many find it ugly i don't hate it but looks wise i thought the Gladiator was the ugliest truck ever when it came out, and we owned a Wrangler already. To me the Gladiator became it's own and or grew on me due to the aftermarket and the ability to make it look how...
Correct on the sub 32" The Bridgestone dueler's measured in a t 31.5" I changed them out at 5k for larger 33" tires, don't regret it especially when getting into some mud but i'm still amazed at how much traction those Dueler's got off road, not to shabby for a factory tire.
Have had mine on for about 9,000 miles now, can break traction on the wet from a stop no problem but haven't had any issues driving 2.5 hrs at highway speeds in light to heavy rain. Amazed at how good they were in the snow at my property in Northern Mi.
Would not hesitate to get again if these...
I know this is an older post but does or did anyone ever come up with a similar or different idea as i haven't seen the pilot switch avail for i don't know how long. Love the idea of using the home link buttons.
Had a 2017 Ram 1500 Big horn and a very loaded 2019 1500 bighorn, when the lease ended i went to my 2022 Gladiator Sport S as i have a 24' camper that may need to be towed and with the max tow it's not an issue, on top of that i found that the Ram, while capable, was just not the veh. for...
Gotcha, didn't know prior to sitting down with my salesman that it was that crazy, I've seen multiple others say the same thing about the black wheels and cold weather group and i never could understand the correlation between those two options.
Don't know why you were told that. I ordered my Sport S max tow March 8th, with both cold weather group, and black wheels. Took delivery March 18th from the dealer.
Love going to the U.P. Haven't taken the JLU or the JT yet up there but the Copper Harbor area is beautiful as is most of the U.P.
Can't wait to see how it goes, keep us posted after.
Disconnecting the Battery may or may not reset it. Looking at other posts for radio issues (bad static on all settings, bluetooth, am, fm, sirius ect.) disconnecting the battery did not remedy it.
But there could have been other underlying factors. did you have any luck figuring out your issues?
If the reset is the same as the 8.4 Prem audio you can hold the volume knob and the tune knob for roughly 15 secs, when you let it go the head unit will power off, wait patiently and it will power back up in about 10 secs or so? (seemed longer)
Note: i did have the veh. running, i don't know if...
You're not the first that i've seen post about the black wheels with the cold weather package and i don't understand this. I ordered mine with both and it wasn't and issue, i have no idea why they wouldn't let those boxes be marked? I did have to get the painted body match fenders however.
And...
Imo and experience over the last year with a JL and now my recent JT purchase i'm amazed at how squeak, creak free they are especially when trail riding over rougher terrain, pretty impressive when you look at what they were designed to be able to do.
Both the wife's 2021 JL and my JT are or were very stiff when new. The wife's JL is now very smooth and easy, but then again in the year we have had it we were using it in 4x4 every weekend trail riding.
It will loosen up the more you use it and work it.
Unfortunately now a days that's going to eliminate a LOT of veh's for you i fear. But yes there are aftermarket tools to disable it. One being a Tazer from Z automotive.
