Iām really sorry about that, Sarge. Thatās kind of a bummer for me, too, because I was thinking of going bigger this summer.
My second choice after the KMCs were the AEV Savegre II wheels. Theyāre similar. A 5 shot Derringer vs. a S&W .44 magnum??
I hope this isnāt a repeat, but I just noticed itā¦.
For those who have navigation - view map - in the lower right hand corner is the speed limit of the roadway you are on. The sign is black until you exceed the speed limit, at which time it turns red.
I had mine in last Monday for my second Jeep Wave oil change (10,000 miles). I looked at the receipt and saw that they had performed the recall, which I had been unaware of.
On Tuesday, I got the same notice in the mail. I attached it to the service invoice and filed it.
Does anyone know if there is a DAC in the Alpine āpremiumā system in a ā22 Mojave?
I ask because I wonder if using an outboard DAC (like one of the Audioquest Dragonflyās) connected to my iPhone and using Tidal HiFi Plus would improve the sound? Or would it get converted back to lossy by the DAC...
I need to double (triple/quadruple) check my choice of offset for a set of KMC Dirty Harry wheels for my ā22 Mojave.
Iāll have the AEV 2ā lift and will run BFG KO2ās 37ā.
Which offset to maintain as close to factory poke as possible?
For anyone who already owns this wheel, what did you go...
I had the B&O system in my Ford Edge Titanium.
Again, underwhelming.
I donāt know what the answer is. Iāve heard the Infinity systems, Alpine, B&O, Bose :puke:, and a few others I canāt remember and none of them sounded very good.
Maybe the answer is not a partnership with these higher end...
Better sound system. Or at least the option for one.
Yes, I have the Alpine system currently. Woefully inadequate, especially for being the āpremiumā one.
I voted KMC, primarily because of the āDirty Harryā wheel. I like the lighter, airy look vs. the more heavy, industrial look.
I like the AEV Savegre wheels for the same reason. I just thought 6 holes looked more balanced than 5!
I donāt know if Iāll get to play, but I know Iāll make it to work!
It seems to be melting as fast as itās falling now, so I wouldnāt expect much more on the ground.
That is a very nice, well equipped Jeep youāre looking at. I second the recommendation for the LED lighting package. You could make a couple of changes elsewhere to keep the price closer to the $43K mark. Hold off on the factory tonneau cover and spray in. There are tons of aftermarket solutions...
Please let me know how that works out for you! That is exactly the set up I am considering. Except for the offsetā¦.I was looking at the +18.
Can I askā¦.why the -12? The whole offset thing is something I still fail to grasp.
Thank you all!
As I recall, reference was made to the liner fading, discoloring, tearing, chipping, etc, which in turn, may actually devalue the investment. I had always looked at it as a protection of my purchase.
I also thought about doing both!
Thatās beautiful! Brilliant idea! I thought...
Hello all!
I wanted my ā22 Mojave ordered with a factory spray in bed liner. Due to an oversight by the dealer, the truck came with no bed liner.
āNo problemā, I thought. āIāll just go to Line X and get oneā.
Then I started reading this forum and found that some people believe that a spray in...
Coincidental that this topic popped up today.
Last night, I stopped at a brushless, touchless car wash to get the worst of the salt and grime off. As I was āair dryingā the truck at 60 mph, I noticed the right side of the hood shaking violently. The pressure nozzle had loosened the right side...
