Have had them on for about 9 months - love them. Like yourself wanted to get more air under the hood (or let the heat out) for my 392. Look good and function well. Have never had to use the "plugs" for rainy weather and boy have we had rainy weather. Install is fairly easy too. Recommend them!

I put the Maximus-3 plate on all three of my (OEM steel bumper) Jeeps. Easy to install and pretty much any winch just drops right in. Warn Zeons are a tiiiight fit but they do fit. Others are a piece of cake.
