The tires in the picture are 33" but I have since switched to the 35" tires that come on the 392 Xtreme Jeep. I do not have a lift on my Gladiator. The 35" tires did rub the fender wells when I turned very sharp so I had to wire tie them back so they would not rub.

No lift and I just put on 35's. I had to do some light modification to the fender wells with some wire ties to prevent rubbing but no issues at all.

We just live about 2:30 hours from that. Were you just camping or were you Jeeping there?

I really wish we could, DocMike but we will be gone from the area after the 24th. We are here this week only. Have a great time!!

What are your thoughts on Imogene Pass in a stock Gladiator Overland with stock Rubicon wheels and tires in mid-July? Is it "safe" for a Jeep newbie?

That sounds like a solid plan. I have been looking around for some and the thought would be to swap the tires and wheels out depending on what we are wanting to do. Might be too much trouble and I may end up putting on Rubicon wheels and leaving them on. Thanks for the info.
