I’ve had both. Answer these these three questions: Do you need a truck bed? Do you need to tow anything over 3500 lbs? Is the interior cargo volume in a stock wrangler enough for your storage needs?
These are the most basic questions you need to ask yourself to decide between the two...
I know you’re not wanting a 392 but Dan cummins in Paris, KY has a 392 AEV JL370 in reign. It’s stunning…so is the price tag at $116K!! I’ve seen it in person.
AEV 2.5” standard load coil springs for 3.6 JT. I swapped over to the 3” high capacity springs. Only 10,000 miles on the springs. Recommended load for the standard springs is 0-400 lbs over stock. $400. Local pickup in Kentucky preferred but shipping can be negotiated. Shipping cost is 100% the...
Anybody running an ikamper x-cover mini on top of their contour canopy? If so, can you provide pictures? I'm trying to compare how it looks versus the full size x-cover.
AEV 3” high capacity coil springs. These are a must with added weight in the back. Standard springs are up to 400 lbs and the high capacity springs are 400-700 lbs. As of right now, I’m just over 500 pounds of added weight over stock. Got rid of the soft roll and bounce I was experiencing with...

Installed a JCR side molle panel in the bed and attached a MyFAK Pro to it. Other than adding some small items, the bed is complete for the moment.
Installing AEV 3” high capacity springs soon
I get what you’re saying but the force would have to be so strong to rip the tools from the mounts, force it through the Alu-cab aluminum panels and glass, through the fiberglass roof and glass of the gladiator, then have enough force to decapitate the passengers once inside. Not saying that...
Easy install. BD offers two options: an upfitter kit for the factory aux switches or a kit that connects to the battery. I went with the upfitter kit. Got it connected to aux 4. Very easy to wire and the S1s are bright. Love the kit and it gets rid of the ugly reflectors in the bumper.
