I did not get the engine breaking feature but I did get the engine braking feature. ?. I was not able to get another ecu at the time and just didnāt get around to it.
Unless you are very handy at fabricating the necessary things to adapt it to your dash, IMO the 509 Restyle is probably the better option. Also you backup camera is digital and there is not an option to use an analog camera on JT's.
Been running the GDE tune on my JLURD since March. Running 37" KO2's with Mopar lift and getting 23 mpg and 0-60 in less than 6 if I launch it at 3k rpm in 4 hi. Unlimited giggles every time I do that.....
My wife has a '21 JLURD and it was optional and I could not even order it last December on my '22 JLURD. I will check to see if the plug is there. I am not counting on it.
First, one of my ducks is attached with two small pieces of ezpass tape because it wants to fly when the doors are off. Two, I saw 35 psi with my GDE tune when I first got it last March. It maxed 31 during the summer and I have seen higher number since its gotten colder.
I have not noticed that. If I jump on it hard in first gear itāll spin them easily. Ig I just want to get a way from a light, I wait for second til I hit it. If I really want to launch it I have to put it 4hi and brake torque it to 3000 rpm.
So what tune did you go with. I have a GDE tune in my JL. One thing they do is to remove the torque limiter that is in place for the first five gears. Wife also has an stock JLURD and that part of the program is very noticable.
I checked with GDE and asked about software updates after the Z96 recall started rolling out and they said that FCA has "disbanded their calibration team for the EcoDiesel" so they aren't expecting any new software to come out since they cancelled the EcoDiesel for the JL and DT. I also have a...
You would have to get a harness with the plug from a JL or a JT and then figure out how to get the can bus to talk to it. easier to just get an aftermarket double din.
Is there anyone that makes a separate filter skid besides Asfir? I was about to order a kit until I saw that the shipping was almost as much as the kit. DIdn't realize they were in Spain.
My commute is mostly highway but lots of hill and a string of traffic lights halfway through. I filled up in Long Lake, NY in the Adirondacks and drove about 200 miles in the park with no traffic lights and ran just under 28 mpg. It takes some fuel to get the beast moving.
