It's a shame Ursa Minor gave up on their plans for an integrated camper top. The Gladiator with its removable top screams for an integrated camper solution. I'm surprised no manufacturer has done it.
Unfortunately what keeps me away from getting another Gladiator.
Wonder if Jeep is actually going to come out with the 4xE Gladiator in 2025. I think 2024 sales will be really slow. Highest priced mid-size truck with the worst/weakest engine offering. They really need to ditch the Pentacrap.
Yikes, that's a ton of work and expense for a mediocre camera on the front. I'd put all that money into a custom 360 degree surround camera system with under-chassis view.
Oh that's terrible the far-out diesels are missing those, just stopped my search for one.
Imagine a Farout JTRD with MSRP of $77K designed fir off road and doesn't even have a front trail cam. Jeep is smoking crack.
I agree. When I switched from my fully loaded JTRD that was $70K to my 2023 Ford F150 Raptor with 37" tire/beadlock package, for just $20K more it seemed like I was getting a lot more for my money with the Raptor. The amount of comfort and tech you get in the Raptor makes the Gladiator seem like...
All very good thoughts guys. I am re-considering a big dollar Gladiator build for a lot of the reasons mentioned here. I just don't think the capability and comfort ratio is there.
I may just stick with my '23 Raptor with factory 37" tires if I'm going to be limited to "6" trails and build it...
Ya a local dealer here has now 7 Far-Out Ecodiesel Rubicons on the lot, MSRP $77K, currently marked at $60K (unknown junk fee BS).
If they hit $55K and with 6.9% interest I think I'd bite.
I'm considering getting a 2024 Rubicon X and going with portal axles, 40" tires and a Hiatus hard-side camper. I'd like to be able to do 8 rated trails with it and camp in some serious remote spots and would like to get your guys thoughts. I will be doing all the work myself and have $150K for...
Not steep enough apparently. There are 5 Rubicon Far Outs diesels at my local dealership, $77K MSRP for $60K and they have been sitting for a few months now.
I've also been looking at the Scout line. I have a similar dilemma of finding the right "trail capability" and comfort compromise that my fiancé would like to join me regularly. Obviously the largest factor would be trail size and height for branches.
I have a 23' F150 Raptor with 37" tires...
Is this the first 2024 window sticker:

Just wondering how they priced the 2024's vs the 2023's now that sales have gone off a cliff and the economic outlook continues to decline.
Wow they increased the...
Was thinking about getting back into a diesel Rubicon but I sat in a '24 wrangler and the seats are SO much better. I HATE the seats in the current Gladiator. So basically for me a choice between better seats and the diesel.
