  1. Alternator pulley leaking..

I don’t think so, I don’t see a nut and they quoted me on a whole replacement. I bet some 2018 JL owners know more..
  2. Alternator pulley leaking..

Dealership just called, it’s the pulley bearing going out and I noticed it early, they said it will soon make noise and them ultimately fail. (Replacement of alternator is $500+ with $400+ Labor) I do have time so i decided to pick the JTR up and keep an eye on it. FYI if you see this now you...
  3. Alternator pulley leaking..

It’s not a basic pulley, I’ve herd it has a spring and grease/oil, but it’s a sealed unit, not so sealed anymore. Waiting on more info, dealership wants to see if it’s motor oil leaking from somewhere.
  4. Alternator pulley leaking..

2020 JTR 47k miles, out of bumper to bumper warranty, dealership is looking at it now, I don’t think I can buy just the pulley, might be a whole new alternator, online price is around $400, so you know the dealership wants double. I don’t think it’s the cooler or oil on belt whipping up, it’s...
  5. Best 37s for daily driver

Yes, with the stock rear heat shield and trac bar too, I have a full 5th wheel and tire, it sits lower bc it’s on a 9in rim with a 12.5 tire, but it’s not bad, it’s about as big as you can go with proper clearance, I have a curved track bar and it’s not needed, keep it straight if you can. I...
  6. Lets see all those Gladiators with lifts and bigger tires!

3.5-4.5 lift, I have 5in up travel and 5in down, with Mopar springs which is more like 3in total lift. If you get the 2-3in lift shocks you loose some down travel, look up the shock length specs and you will see. But do remember if you wheel it hard you might have driveshaft issues on the...
  7. Lets see all those Gladiators with lifts and bigger tires!

Mopar lift, Fox 2.5 shocks, 37” KO2’s Venomrex wheels
  8. Which wheels would you pick?

What is the wheel weight (Lbs) on them, any of them lighter or way heavier? I say go with the lightest one.
  9. Best 37s for daily driver

37in BFG KO2s are only 69lbs but 35.5in installed. Look at the tire weight, and not the listed number on the company site, look online or here for the real number. My wheel and tires setup is only 95lbs, not bad for the stock 4.10’s and a Mopar lift, and no ball joint issues yet, ? 42,000 miles...
  10. KM3 39's in stock (7/1/2022)

Just got the last set on Amazon. Thanks.. I’ve been looking at a few different tires for 6months+, Nitto 38’s and BFG 39’s both AT and MT. And even Nitto 40’s but at 105lbs that’s out of the question on Dana 44’s. Looks like tire prices are going up fast too, if you can find them..
