Anyone know what 8% off invoice on a Mojave X roughly is? I'm not in the market so I don't want to waste their time but am curious. $68k with destination. Still too rich for me, especially since a loaded ZR2 is $51k, but I am curious.
Also, a 33% price premium over the ZR2 is nuts Jeep...
Here is a link to a great guide. You'll have a post 2020 model so it will be a little easier. You don't need wiring down to the BCM.

I couldn't get an offer like that in my area. I didn't look to travel at all, but did ask the three Jeep dealers here and all were right at $20k basically. I bet there was some haggle in there, but we were obviously too far apart to meet in the middle.
Oh for sure! I think a lot of states are like this and you definitely need to factor this into the offer. I think a lot of dealers are offering closer to $10k off of market value right now though. If the numbers match up, then it is way worth not having to deal with selling to someone. I'd...
Sounds like they have to make their money on the trade and not on the sale. Buy from them and sell private party. Every dealer rips people off on the trade or the sale to take a gamble on the trade in. Otherwise it wouldn't be worth dealing with the hassle of selling someones mystery vehicle.
We went with a T@B 320 from NuCamp. I've towed around 4,000 miles with this setup including 1,000 miles to Moab, wheeled for 4 days, then 1,000 miles back. Gladiator does great with it and while it is small, I think it is sized well for the Jeep. It is super light, and even with its small size...
Excellent links and advise. I loved changing to the Mojave shocks and they completely changed my opinion of the Jeep. I had a sport, then got new take off Rubicon (worst of the three), then went to the Mojave shocks which made me keep the Jeep.
They have been pretty good. They pick up a lot of rocks, and they are on the softer side for the rubber compound. The plus side of that is they have tons of grip everywhere. I went to Moab last year and towed my camper 1,000 miles, wheeled for 4 days, then towed back. No complaints there. The...
Man, I was so stoked until I saw 68lbs for the C rated 35x11.5. It is probably a really tough tire though. I bought these Goodyears and they are 55lbs for the 315/70. I know they aren't as tough of a tire but boy a 13lb/tire increase would be hard to take.
On the plus side, Discount has the...
Oh for sure. That is an awesome explanation and I know diameter is a bigger impact. My point was simply for the added weight and diameter of a 75 series (assuming I am stepping up to a E weight rated tire in the 75 and not in the 35" tire options) I might consider skipping to a light 35" tire...
For me it is mostly about weight of the tire. Going to the 75 will net you more height for sure but it also moves almost every tire into the heavier weight ratings. You gain about 10lbs per tire and an inch of height. For me, I'd rather just go to a 35" tire if I am going to gain the weight. The...
I personally hate adjusting my torque wrench to the proper torque and then winding it back down to store it without tension. For $30 I may consider buying one of these just so I don't ever need to use the torque wrench. I want to be in and out fast. I'd be interested to know that they are set...
