Ryobi fan here as well. I have quite a bit of their stuff including both of the inflators listed. The 747 does deflation (air mattresses, pool toys, vacuum sealed bags for packing) and works great for adjustments. I do have a Viair under the rear seat when needed. I like the 18v platform...

I've used the Harbor Freight magnetic tool box accessories. The magnets are coated and work well inside the bed, depending on bedliner thickness etc. I have a shelf/tray, cupholder and paper towel holder. Good luck!
Maybe a reach, but there is a developer kit for Alexa auto that could possibly allow you to use voice commands. BMW has something similar with a few limitations but the concept would certainly solve your issue.
I feel certain that there is an Alexa or Siri controlled 12v relay out there...
