I keep watching the 23s because I dont have a Gladiator! I keep looking at used too to see if prices start to drop. So far rebates are 3-5k depending on trim level. A few dealers are adding additional advertised discounts. New orders I have seen 6% below MSRP and then add the rebate.
Great input! I like the idea of renting both a JLU and JT to see how they work for me. I only do light off roading (farm work), not rock crawling...well yet anyway.
My old truck is long paid for and I don't care if I beat it up a bit. The Gladiator I would like to keep nice at least until the other truck dies. I may end up getting rid of the old truck though over time. Like you said I would not really NEED two trucks.
I think part of it comes down to looks. I just like the way the Gladiator looks. Especially with a lift and big tires. Monster truck! It would be nice for transporting kayaks and motorcycles too. I dont really need more interior space than the rear seats provide. I appreciate your insight...
