So issue is it says 2 different Lubes for Diesel. Gladiator Rubicon Diesel w/ Tow Package. In my owners manual.
One for limited slip differential and one for without.
I did use nylon washers for areas that were metal to metal. In some spots I used a heavy-duty t-rex weatherproof tape to protect paint and help prevent chipping and rust. Came out perfect. Will post a bunch of photos. Everything has a nylon or weather-tape. and than a zinc steel flat washer...
Hey same thing popped up in my area, are the Mojave shocks better than rubicon? I know they’re dual reservoir or whatever, but does that actually mean they are better? And would Mojave shocks on a rubicon? Be better for off-road/handling/load than just the stock rubicon shocks?
Question, I'm at the last few steps and waiting on my striker bar. I'm thinking of putting nylon thin washers over the metal washers to protect the paint and also provide any sort of dampening to vibration. Would this be a bad idea? It will go thin nylon/rubber washer, zinc plated steel washer...
Nothing like a DIY that comes out right. I’m shocked. But then again I used automotive paint, Mopar Spray, and automotive clear coat. The real shit. I decided to keep the somewhat rigid texture because it is a bumper after all.
