Customer care called this week. My kit is on its way to the dealership and they tacked on an extended warranty taking me to 9yr/120k. Just going to change the oil every 2k for the next few months and hope the engine goes inside the warranty window and I can get a new one for the $100 deductible.

I have seen some reports that by having it as VOR they get their camshaft kits in faster. Have you noticed a difference?

Well the PCM flash didn’t work. Tested it out on a 2nd gear WOT and let out at 5.5k rpms and the CEL started blinking again. They obviously didn’t bother to pull the valve cover and inspect the cam or valvetrain. They said I had to pay the diagnostic fee but if it came back they would waive it...
