Thanks
These pics are with the 2" lift, only the 1" TF leveling puck , upper and lower front coil bow correction isolation pads on Nitto Ridge Grappler 38x11.50r17.
Developed a forward bow in the driver side Mopar 2" coil after completing the gear swap to 4.10's. Coil was contacting the upper Sway bar link , driver side.
Not sure if it was from the suspension hanging while on the 4 post but the Mopar lower coil pad looked a little squashed.
Went ahead and...
I already swapped in the Spicer Dana 4.10s
Was averaging 23 mpg until I got back into town and dropped to 22.9 mpg.
You probably want to go to 4.56 since you're planning on pulling the new camper.
I live here in Flat Earth South Florida, don't tow and rarely have anything in the bed.
It dropped...
I'm very happy with them
Got home today from a 1300 mile round trip. Vero Beach over to Clearwater, then to Chattooga County Georgia and back , Deer hunting.
Good on both the highway and woods
Most of the miles at 75 mph
Welcome Back
My seat has a rip in the same spot.
Guess mines lifted too much, my legs are too short or possibly I weight too much...
Came close to getting Gobi, the dealership had one when I got mine but couldn't break my life long habit of buying white trucks.
Same issue with the Apex Badland...
I did the 11.50w to help with rolling resistance and weight reduction from the 12.50w
A little better fit on the oem 7.5" wheel
Also helps with fender clearance
Not planning seeing snow here in Florida
Kenda doesn't make a 38x11.50r17 and Nitto does.
Nitto is Made in the USA, Kenda is made in China
These measure at
37.75" on the wheel
37" on the ground
My son works at a tire shop and I get Nittos at dealer cost.
Keeping the oem Rubicon wheels
Swapped to Nitto Trail Grappler 35x12.5x17 at 3k
Just lifted, regeared and went to Nitto Ridge Grappler 38x11.50r17 after wearing out the 35s at 36k miles
Pulled this 20/25# ? Goliath on a Rapala fishing the Inlet off the Pathfinder Saturday.
Had 2 x 100# class Tarpon on silver spoons yesterday outside the Inlet and down the beach Sunday but they both came unbuttoned on their first jumps. Those boney mouth beasts are hard to set a hook in.
Had to wait for way too long and pay way too much to get the work done here locally but it was still cheaper than driving 1,200+ miles to Exodus 4x4.
Fortunately we have the Blessings of extra vehicles and enough disposable income.
It was a painful wallet suck but still not as bad as paying...
FYI,
Make sure to add the Teraflex 2" Front Shock Lower mount extension kit to keep the shock travel correct
I kept both the Level kit and shock extensions when I installed the Mopar 2" Bilstein lift and went to Nitto Ridge Grappler 38"x11.50x17 after wearing out the 35s.
