Those are the OEM LED fog lights with amber film from Lamin-X. Applies very easily with no defects, and have not faded at all or peeled off in over a year.

For the footwells I simply changed the factory white LEDs for a set of blue ones. They send you the exact same LED board which replaces the originals in the light housing. Really easy but expensive. I can't recall who makes them but I'll look it up and post it for you. .
