Seems like an odd question, but it's in the build sheet / window sticker. Added that mostly because I wonder if the wider tires (Mojave wheels) will work on the stock spare rim without fitment issues & thought the wider axles may be relevant.

I went out to look & have the same bracket + some of the dirt is rubbed off where I obviously touched it during the install. Guess I just got lucky & positioned everything so it wouldn't touch / make noise.

No noises for me (there is something floating around in my driver side tube but it doesn't make any noticeable noise once installed) & I didn't notice any interfering brackets. Have a pic to show where the issue is?
