  1. BFG KO2 37s on Ecodiesel very suprising initial results with driving characteristics and fuel mileage

Good questions, I used two different calibration apps (speedometer and gps). Also, tire size change with the Jscan module. I also live at about 2k ft elevation but, my office is near 200 ft 35miles away with freeway driving... not flat.
  2. BFG KO2 37s on Ecodiesel very suprising initial results with driving characteristics and fuel mileage

I also have similar numbers (about 25.5mpg) w/KO2s, 37s and Mopar lift. Usually added weight due to Diamondback cover and 'things' in bed but, great to hear my impression of gearing is good as well.
  3. Anyone have recommendations on a decent quality water-resistant bed cover/tonneau?

Diamondback HD for 3 years. No issues, no complaints and no leaks. Would buy again if necessary.
  4. My Two Jeeps. Let's See Yours

Couple of white ones. Gladiator has maybe gone through a few more mods :CWL: since this picture.
  5. How to: Update UConnect 8.4" via USB drive.

    Going to check this out.
  6. “Death wobble”

Yes, completely agree. My saga seems to be one of immediate reaction to a small 'wobble' to a full-blown death wobble after installing a Fox TS stabilizer and then deciding (as you indicate) other things are/were at play. Just for sake of sharing, I will update as I move to solve the puzzle...
  7. “Death wobble”

Update on this ongoing scenario - after replacing old with new (Fox TS) stabilizer - still able to induce the death wobble. Installed JKS adjustable lowers, new drag link end and things are much improved but, not perfect. Swapped 37s KO2 with my wrangler's 35s Nitto Trail Grappler and no issues...
  8. “Death wobble”

Recently started experiencing a bit of wobble on my 2023 w/37's and Mopar lift w/JTS track bar. Decided to replace the stock steering stabilizer w/upgraded stabilizer FOX TS 2.0 and so far, a big difference for the better. No wobble issues and seemingly much better tracking on the highway. Hope...
  9. California Looking for 2013 JK rear metal bumper (OEM).

San Diego area and hoping to find OEM rear bumper (metal).
  10. Diesel Engine issue tracking thread... also please post if NO issues!

10k miles without any issues. HPFP replaced. Low miles but, a lot of camping adventures (RTT) and many smiles.
  11. Camping with your Gladiator

I too have a mid-height setup (w/Diamondback cover) and no complaints. Still see (mostly) out the back window when no extra gear on top of the cover.
  12. Camping with your Gladiator

Hot and local mountain getaway. Cibbets Flats near Mt. Laguna in CA.
  13. Camping with your Gladiator

We're using the Ignik Fire Can Elite. Really like it for the size and it does a good job for just the two of us.
  14. Anyone have two gladiators?

One of each. '13 JKU and '12 JTD.
  15. Camping with your Gladiator

Cibbets Flat Campground - Mountains east of San Diego. Rain and a little cool at night with 28 degrees at 4,600 ft.
  16. Eco diesel owners in CA?

Hate CA (mostly) for the reasons all suspect... that said, extremely happy with my choice of the diesel. Had ordered it specifically with my wants and the diesel is all I thought it would be. Have a '13 JK as well and the engine is amazing but, not a diesel for sure.
  17. Ecodiesel Recall 01A HPFP Parts are Available

Apologies if this has been asked/answered (couldn't find such) but, my rig goes in for the recall next week... remove the J-Scan beforehand or leave it? Have only used it for the tire size recalibration.
  18. Bak Revolver X4S or Diamondback HD...Which one and why?

Went with the Diamondback and could not be happier. Access (for me) isn't an issue and the ability to remove it when necessary, in an easy manner made the choice simple. Doing a tie down of anything on top of it makes a much easier packing scenario as well. No water or dirt issues while on the...
  19. Flat towing Jeep Rubicon

I have the exact same setup and ended up cutting the base plate. Actually wasn't as dificult to do as I had imagined it might be. Use the angle grinder with these blades: Amazon.com: Makita 5 Pack - 4 Inch Cut Off Wheels For 4" Grinders - Aggressive Cutting For Metal & Stainless Steel - 4" x...
