I have have 22k miles my jeep and it leaks fuel everytime I fill iit.I originally thought I was overfilling it, however it appears to leak a little bit every time and only at the pump. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

In your 1st picture, it appears that the connector is not fully seated or connected. Unless I missed it, I didn't see or read about it in your description.
This is OEM original. I had them replace it the day I purchased my jeep brand new. I'll have to take it out of storage to get pics. It will take a couple of days. I also have the original towing hitch frame. I had the replace it the day I bought it, too.
