I'm in Spring TX just north of Houston right off 45.

Came on the 2021 we bought so guessing two years old... I have keys as well for it. No damage to it at all. As far as mounting to the trail rails, I'm unsure. It gets secured to the bed with 6 clamps. I'll add a couple pics of the clamps.

Agree with silicon blades. Have much better lifespan with them. it’s hot in Texas and they hold up well.
