Can you take a picture? show us how bad it is. Rust is very common and all we can do is prevention or try to mitigate it. Personaly I wouldn't get a dealership to fix any rust. After all, when I Jeep enters a shop, its just another job for them.

Hey guys, I noticed my lower oil pan is severely rusted, thinking about switching it out for a new one, peace of mind. Is the oil pan on the previous 3.6L JK's the same? These are going for half the price as the current and look the same. Can anyone confirm? Thanks!

Just want to confirm before I buy from a seller. I found new Mopar locking nuts on the classifeds for dirt cheap, which was for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The size states 14m x 1.5 thread fitment. Looks to me this should be compatible with my 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL. Specs looks the same as mine...

Am I correct, 0W oil's today are synthetic based only?
