I'm currently running the stock IBS shocks that came with it, they have been rebuilt/re-valved when we put our Synergy springs on. They are due for another rebuild. I'm looking at modifying the front first as the jounce shocks also need rebuilding. I'd like to get new front springs, and sway-bar...
Fantastic! Would putting the stiffer bar up front and in the back work? We don't want to lose too much on-road cornering ability as we live in mountainous terrain here.
I've been debating sway bars for mine. I love the way it handles corners on the highway with the swaybar connected, it is the factory Mojave bar, but not so fun disconnected. I'll blame that mainly on the too-soft Synergy springs. I'd like to put new sway bars in front and rear and not have to...
6.5" up in the front, I like the sound of that. I currently have the 2" synergy springs which I'm finding way too soft a spring rate in the front. They are giving my Jounce shocks a workout. That said, I have roughly 3.5-4" up travel currently as I added 2" bumpstop extensions. Switching things...
Thanks for all that info. Your timing with the springs is uncanny, as we have a Mojave and use it primarily to go fast in the desert, with a little rock crawling sprinkled in.
We do go on long road/off-road trips but do not heavily load our rig, speed and handling are our primary concerns...
If I was 100% honest with my self I love the way it rides now but one, I'd like to take advantage of the increased travel and two, I feel like the Synergy springs may be too soft.
When I'm mobbing the desert the suspension soaks up most things but can hit pretty hard on square edge bumps...
I have a guy nearish me that does suspension tuning, he tuned/rebuilt my factory Mojave shocks when I put the Synergy springs on, made a huge difference.
Sorry, the 3.0's I was referencing were these.

Bypasses are these.

I think, based primarily on Fox's posted measurements from their off-road shock selection, that a 3-tube external 10/12" stroke should theoretically fit, depending on lift height. I know Liberty Mountain Fab fits 3-tube ADS shocks on the front and rear of Gladiators. I'm purely speculating here...
