NO!!!! Junk fuel. You will definitely see yout MPG drop insanely. You'll save running straight regular unleaded with the added fuel you'd burn running E85
  6. What’s the best trip you’ve taken in your Gladiator so far?

Indiana to North Dakota. Theodore Roosevelt National Park, the Badlands. 30 mile scenic loop through the south unit. Bison and wild horse herds, Big Horn sheep, lots of prairie dogs and the scenery is amazing! Now I live here and its only a half hour drive to the park and I have a lifetime...

  8. 1.5” leveling kit, tire size

I absolutely love them! They have held up on travel when I moved from Indiana to North Dakota and did really well in the mud holes. Not a lot of road noize either. I will definitely be replacing them with the same tires when I am ready again.
  9. 1.5” leveling kit, tire size

I did the leveling kit and switched to 315x70R17's (Which is almost identical to the 35's) with zero issues. Skipped the 35's only because they are a little wider but I am super happy with the swap.
  10. Going on a trip… where should we stop and enjoy the scenery?

Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Lots of wild Bison and wild horses this time of year. 30 Mile scenic loop through the south unit out of Medora into the Badlands overlook. Easy access to I-94 as well as North / South exits. Depending on where you are going after that, on your way into or out of...

  13. Gladiator feels funny in 4WD. Is this normal

Normal if you're on dry surfaces. (Don't engage on dry surfaces) 4 wheel drive is a LOT different than all wheel drive, especially in Jeeps with solid axles. Dont worry about it, just use it when you on a surface that gives. Some.. sand, snow, ice, mud, soft dirt. You make still get some slight...

  15. Well, it wasnt the lifter tick I thought it was (Updated)

How was everything when you got it back? Did it seem like a different vehicle?
  16. Well, it wasnt the lifter tick I thought it was (Updated)

I am guessing cam timing, it was in a message and thats all he said. Either way, with repairing both side cams, it will be adjusted. (Hopefully properly ;) ) I am not calling back to ask questions till its time to go get her. Its all under warranty except for the plug replacement which I am...
  17. Well, it wasnt the lifter tick I thought it was (Updated)

Update.... They are adding a 3rd day to the rebuild. Once they got in, they realized that the left side cam was bad also and the timing was off a hair, the timing would explain the power loss. At least now I will almost have a brand new running engine! lol
  18. Well, it wasnt the lifter tick I thought it was (Updated)

Dropped it off at dealer this morning because of the tick, loss of power, rough idle (Engine light which went out on its own) Apparently the whole right side cam is shot. At least they are throwing in a plug change for parts only and it'll get some fresh lube. 2 day completion hopefully because...
