The D part is discontinued. They automatically send you the E part, but there is also a new base that needs to be installed (subsequent piece). Problem with that is that you have to remove 3 fasteners that most have never before seen. Dealer says it requires special MOPAR tool?

Does anyone know what tool is required to remove/replace this? I accidentally broke the closeout cover behind driver side passenger seat. The cover has been discontinued and now you must replace the cover base so that the new cover will fit. These connect base to the hard top.
