Dude, go back to bed, close your eyes, stop worrying and go back to sleep. It's your Jeeps thermostat at work and 17 degree shifts in temperature are fine.
I only wash my Gladiator by hand once a year, 3 other times a year through a car wash. I don’t think I ever even noticed the gap being dirty, so I’d not be much help.
I don't understand people. In a vehicle he isn't keeping very long, he just threw a ton of money away. These types of builds are personal preferences, and not everyone would want $120K in a special build. I agree with Jteakus, someone is going to get a great deal.
You can do better than employe pricing. My father in law retired from GM and gets employee pricing for family. I got him to get me pricing on a 2023 Silverado at a particular dealership. Was $4500 below sticker price. I went there in August 2023 and bought the truck for $8000 below sticker...
I hope you have better luck than what I did in 2023. Ordered in March 2023, I gave up and bought from a dealership lot in October, the one that I ordered was built in January 2024.
it’s my wife’s JTD, she loves it. I like driving it when she lets me. She lets me wash it for her. It’s Averaging 27 mpg. We take it on driving trips everywhere.

It's not the hate for the looks, it's just the bla, been there, done that, looks. Are there no more creative types in design anymore? Or are they stiffled by bean counters? If a company is going to create a vehicle like this, make it exciting looking. Then they just might command the price...
If you're going to build a vehicle like this, you not only should better make it look a heck of a lot better than your compitition's offerings, it should perform better than your competitor's offerings. To me, this one already fails the "look better than" criteria. It also doesn't look like a...
Since there only a few minor differences between a 2023 and a 2024 (grill/infotainment screen/etc), I'd go look for a 2023 that is still on the dealership's lots and work and even better deal.
