I took my 21 JTRD in for a leaking transfer case and leaking RR axle seal and they scheduled me for the HPFP recall. Parts arent in yet but told me mid Dec. Napelton CDJR Clermont FL. They replaced my TC and axle in 2 days though. Not too bad, and Ill take the brand new TC for free!

My 2 cents... Ive driven all the available Jeep powerplants and the ED is the best power for the Gladiator. On demand torque that seemingly goes on for days. Diesel rattle and all the fun. Does it have quirks? Of course, all vehicles have their idiosyncrasies but I don't think the ED ones...

Yeah, this. I used a peice of fuel line and drained the filter housing into a bottle when I changed my filter. Also, a Fumoto oil drain petcock is amazing. Get some hose, run it to oil drain pan, open petcock and no mess at all. https://www.fumotousa.com/f106n.html
