Update! Jeep agreed it is a faulty water pump and had to order one. It arrived the next day however they can not install it until later this week. However when I took my jeep in to get it looked at and they did whatever they did to determine it was the water pump they forgot to hook back up...

Definitely Annoying as F**K hopefully it doesn't get any worse between now and when they diagnose it to confirm and replace if needed.
