Wondering if it's even possible. Seems like it has its own part number but none of the metal rods are attached to it so I'm wondering if it's easy to detach and reattach them

also there is some kind of wire that runs through the fabric into the mounting hardware that I'm not...
Opened it up to find a big fat mouse nest. I power washed it with soap. Soaked it in vinegar for 2 days. Tried one of those enzyme sprays. Still can smell it. Any tricks? I think I'm just gonna let it sit in the sun for a couple months.
I went from the 7 to 8.4 factory head unit with zero issues. It was used, I got the unlock code from the dealership. After 24 hours everything was detected and working properly, backup camera with lines and hitch zoom work fine. Plus now I have sirius xm, gps (turns pop up on my dash the way...
I'm assuming since the sub has a 20 amp breaker it can't be more than that. I think the hot wires are only 10 amp. The stock radio is 15. I did find a thread where someone powered their sub through the aux wiring.
Any reason I can't use one of the 40 amp connections (aux switch 1) already wired in the passenger side? The keystone key 200.4, this is from the manual.

I replaced it with the uconnect 8.4 screen and it definitely improved the audio quality if anyone was wondering. Also nice to now have HD radio. Didn't lose any of my features, just took a couple hours for the backup camera app to show up.
I have the 7 inch screen with uconnect 4. Audio system is stock. Was looking at some of the plug and play speaker kits. Do the aftermarket head units offer any advantage over my OEM when it comes to output quality with a Bluetooth input? Does the 8.4 inch oem screen do anything different than...
The rubber sleeve is mostly detached from my rear left coil spring. What does this thing actually do? Can't find the part number to replace it, can I just remove it all together?
About a year. My insurance covered replacing it with gorilla glass (minus deductible) which then cracked 2 weeks later. Replaced for free under the 2 year warranty.
