Thanks for the responses. Got it together; used a 70mm bolt with 1 flat washer on the head side. Much easier to disconnect the lower bolt and install top bolt first. Ample bolt length, so added a lock nut also. Figured I’d need that extra hold since I’m sure I mangled the threads when forcing...

Looking for some advice… I found the reason the popping noise coming from beneath the bed went away; the upper bolt from a sway bar link apparently had been working loose and is now gone. I could see that the threads were trashed from the wear as it worked its way out. Dealer said no warranty...

So I’m going to jump in here and ask a question…I bought a ‘22 Overland Diesel. It’s got 37’s, and I just recently confirmed it’s got the stock 3.73 gears. I’m sure the diesel handles the 37’s better than a gas, but should I be planning to regear? I just did a Jscan edit to correct the tire...

I just got a Jscan unit last week. Updated the tire size, and all went well. I’m wondering though what do you all do with the connector cable? Leave it connected? Do you need to remove it when taking vehicle into dealer for service? thanks
