Agreed. I had my wife hit the gas in drive with the ebrake on and her foot on the brake. Right around 900RPM it would rattle like nuts. A little more torque and it quieted right up.
Yahtzee! Found it. It was the exhaust hanger. Posting a pic in case anyone else has a similar issue.

Thanks for the advice, dropped and retorqued the spare, heatshield was solid. Sway bar links were torqued to spec as well. Jumped on the bumper, no joy.
I've removed everything from the cab just to be through as well.
Hey everyone, I have a rattle \grind noise in my rear when I shift into drive and accelerate. Doesn't happen all the time but I was just able to reproduce it. If anyone has any ideas, I'd owe you a beer.
I've been under it multiple times, everything seems tight, no heat shields rattling...
