Thanks everyone for all the input. And yah, the fluid I'm seeing is only at the base of that one shock. I managed to get a video of the issue, though I haven't gotten a camera up near the top of the shock. But at this point I'm 90% sure the shock is the source.

Yeah starting to sound like it is the shock. I just didn't expect the oil to look green. I haven't looked at the top, I'll try and get a better look/pic today.
Definitely has a slippery feel, like oil. Didn’t smell like anything to me. Asked the wife and she says it has a “latex” smell. Either way scent is not strong.
Hey y'all, would appreciate some help diagnosing a problem here. I noticed some fluid leaking from the front passenger shock mount on my '23 Rubi. I caught it a few weeks ago and initially thought it was shock oil. Took it to the dealer, they couldn't repro.
Then got a better look at it today...
