It would be helpful if you edit your original posting and include this detail there, so the potential DIYers are not searching through posts to see the important bits.
That is not good. I wouldn't let that slide. You should reach out to the guy see what he has to say. The response would be helpful for the future buyers.
I purchased the connectors separately to make a few of these and decided to be lazy instead when I found this guy selling it.
Those who rather have a plug in play option.
Here is the link to the harness that is premade with no wiring or cutting involved.
I do 12v stuff a lot and make my own stuff but the components used on this is premium and design is well thought out.

HTH.
Just put it up already will ya? 😂 This is DIY section of the forum where you share how tos, not "now I have done it, I will tease you.'
I have the bypass harness I bought from eBay. Worth every penny as it took all of 10 minutes of my time and all plug in play.
For me, since the install, the DPF did not need regen in fact it is staying below 19 at all times even in city driving.
Before the install, it would slowly go up to 80 then regen passively or actively down to single digit and repeat.
For me, it was not having to mess with removal of the original ECM and do the cloning process. Once done, you would not need to reinstall it back in. Cloning itself it doesn't matter where you do it, it was more convenient for me to do it chair side with laptop.
Ordered mine just before all the tarrif stuff hit the fan, didn't have to pay any extra dime on the tune or the catch can. EOC said they ate like 20 bucks to ship them to me than how they traditionally send stuff.
It sure ain't cheap!
LOL. I did not know how effective this effort would have been. The idea is to do things that help with the engines longevity by getting rid of recirculating its exhaust byproduct. We will see how long my JTRD lasts. So far it lasted 4K miles. Hopefully the stage 1 done...
It is pricy but I got it because this one is known to not cause check engine light and it has been working fine.
My thought is that this oil catch can relocates the sensor and that is likely the trick to not getting the check engine light. Generic oil catch can does not relocate the sensor.
I thought I would share my experience installing the EOC Oil Separator for 3.0 Diesel as a part of the reliability modifications.
There is a video out there from EOC describing how it is done but there are a couple observations that I noticed worth mentioning.
All you have to do is make...
Figured I would share few things that are very notable for me after the EOC Tow tune.
My truck doesn't seem to need regen at all. DPF percentage just keeps going down and it is at around 19 now.
EGT seems to run slightly higher and this may explain why DPF is not getting clogged?
It used to...
Thank you for the detailed report.
I have a failed Genius 10. I kept it outside in element charging my junk. It was under a cover but not fully away from the element. I kept it thinking it would float charge the battery.
Eventually the charger stopped charging, and battery died. I thought...
Just finished installing the trans tune. Haven't driven it yet.
Stage 1 seems to be very mild but I can see that my DPF status seems to stay clean longer.
