reviving this old thread as I am currently going through this issue right now. I dropped off my 2021 JTR at the dealership in Columbus this morning and got a call that its the transfer case input seal - but its going to be 2 weeks for the part to come in and they don't want me driving it so I'm...

Dropping it off at the dealership tomorrow morning to have them look into issues with a leak at the Transfer case/transmission area. seems to be a somewhat common issue from the 2021 model years. I have see folks mention a complete replacement of the transfer case and some mention just a seal so...

Installed the Armorlite Flooring system. Great product, took about 4hrs total because to the stupid trim pieces. Out with the old… in with the new

Finished the front install of the Armorlite Flooring. Great product, happy to have it in this Jeep as well.

Started the install of the Armorlite flooring. Got the rear floor in, but ran out of light so had to call it…not bad for 1.5hrs worth of work with my young kids helping. I’ll finish up the front tomorrow.

Hey all, I have to drop my JTR off at the dealer next week to have the transfer case/transmission area looked at as it’s leaking...do I need to disconnect my Tazer mini before dropping it off?

Have only had time to drive it the past couple months. Made a decent amount of purchases for parts - Memorial Day sales were big - still need to order shocks/wheels/tires but got the other lift components ordered. this past weekend my 6yr old “helped” me get the Warn VR EVO 12s winch installed...

The first 2 mods were a tonneau cover and phone mount(s). Went with the rugged ridge trifold, I plan on using this till I figure out what topper I want down the road. For the phone mounts I went with 67 designs. Used them before in my JK and worked great. The middle ball I’ll use for my GoPro.

Finally got around to installing the first big mod to my JTR - Grimm Offroad winch plate and Warn EVO 12s Winch w/ Factor 55 flat link. My 6yr old son wanted to help which I’m all for, but definitely slows the process down haha. Before/during/after pictures.

I have a question on install timeline, what should I be looking at time wise for an experienced Jeep shop to install a 3.5" overland + lift kit on a JTR? I looked on the install guide but didn't see time mentioned. They will also be installing steersmart steering...not sure if that would play...
