I have a 2023 Mojave hardtop 3.6 with 2" AEV lift, 35x12.5 Nitto Recon's at 35psi. Light foot, run 65% on highway 60-65mph, hard foldable bed cover. Am averaging 14.1 mpg. No mountain driving. I see people with similar set ups stating they are getting between 18-20mpg average? If those averages...
I also have the LOD Destroyer's. Very very solid, mounted to the frame, with a built in step. I'm 6'1" and when I use the step, my shoulder is higher than the roof line which makes it a pain to get in. The LOD's take a bit of time to install, but solid afterwards. Clean appearance - pretty much...
My understanding is....less pedal pressure brings (quicker) on higher signal to the throttle body to increase speed?
Would simply depressing the gas pedal quicker produce the same results? What am I missing?
From studying the picture, his lift is engineered using blue branded "almost tough enough" ratchet straps (not the stonger upgraded orange branded "tough enough" straps). The blue strap on the left has unfortunately failed. Once a new strap is installed, he should be good to go!

I'd guess the same....getting the material to adhere to non-smooth black plastic fenders seems challenging. In time, will the material mimic the small recess areas of the black fenders?
I did the AEV lift along with the Terraflex lowers, Steer Smarts bracket, Yeti front adjustable track bar, and Fox 2.0 reservoir pass thru steering stabilizer. I added the steering stabilizer afterwards because I had some "wobbly" movement with front wheels (35's w/9.5" wide rims) when going...
I am currently running 2ea lights (6.5") on my front bar. If I install a third light on the bar, will that restrict airflow too dramatically?
Thoughts? Opinions?
Watch out for the Hydrogen Peroxide discoloring the fabric-potentially. Vinegar is a great solution to treat for mold. I use 45% vinegar diluted. Since it is 45%, you can decide how much to dilute or use at strength. Vinegar is also good to treat mold in wood as it penetrates. Was informed that...
At my shop, at times we replace commercial trailer rear bumpers that have bent/been in an accident with....aluminum bumpers. Most of the commercial transports appear to have aluminum rear bumpers. Sometimes just a piece of aluminum C channel is used.
I bought the AEV 2" lift along with the Terraflex adjustable lower arms, Yeti adjustable front track bar, Steer Smarts bracket, Fox 2.0 adjustable pass thru steering stabilizer.
Thanks for the responses!
