It has a nut welded on the rear of the plate that mounts up against the Gladiator. This is the location of the bolt I snapped

While installing my ARB Stubby bumper I snapped the head off of one of the passenger side mounting bolts. The other seven are installed with no issue. Is this something I should be concerned about? I wont be using the winch a ton, but I don't want to worry when I'm using it that its gonna...

I would only use 87 or above. As you said the manual says to use 87. And If anything goes wrong and warranty work needs to be performed I would imagine FCA would take exception.
