Turns out that the filter was definitely not fully seated. Hard to tell unless you actually feal for the lip touching the block. I'll test drive after work and update.
New vehicle for me. Bought in Dec. 2023. First oil change. Man, I hope I didn't f'it up. I've driven it twice since changing the oil. Both times, start fine, runs fine. Both times were short trips(about 6mi. to store). On the return home, both times low oil pressure warning.
Help! Same issue. Low Oil Pressure light right after oil change. Filters kit from Doc's Diesel. Oil is 5w40 Amsoil Full Syn European FS and meets API SN & SM.
Filter torque was a bit awkward using a mechanical click wrench(new) at the very low end ~19ft/lb.
Nope. Still waiting for o2 sensor to complete it's cycle. I took it to the local Jeep dealer and he let me use his odb2 scan tool and clearly hasn't completed some cycles. The DMV gave me a hall pass for 60 days to get er done.
Just purchased a 2022 JTRD and it had a tazer(removed by dealer), an SPOD(light stays on all the time, now unplugged), and this button by the ODB2 port(see picture).
What the heck is this button? The wires are snipped on the back.

2. As soon as you cycle the ignition switch to the ON position, you will see the Malfunction...
The battery was going dead and they couldn't figure it out, so they removed the Tazer to eliminate all possibilities. As far as I know, it's returned to stock. They did replace the battery also.
Next question: Should I just go to Jeep and tell them "it fails smog, fix it" ?
or
Try my luck at...
Just bought a 2022 Gladiator Rubicon Diesel with 20k miles in Oregon at Grants Pass Toyota. Drove it for about 2k miles since Dec. 22 and yesterday, 1/3/2024, it failed smog in California. The cycles are not completed. I would have thought it would have completed by now. The Toyota...
I'm interested in purchasing some used sliders with the 4" wide step. More specifically the Mopar parts 82215606AC.
And I'd like to know if anyone has any experience with them rubbing. I have a 2022 Gladiator Rubicon, 2" lift and 37's.
