Answered my own question after some trial and error. In the Tazer, set DRL to none. Fender DRLs off, Halos stay on. Fender lights only come on with the headlights and turn signals still work! :clap:

I saw those options as well, and there is another option under the DRL function: Dedicated, which is what it is set to now. I was hoping there was a different setting somewhere that I am missing. I have read that if you have factory LED fenders, there is an option in UConnect to turn them off...
