Is the only way of knowing that the wiring harness is missing is by popping out the plastic cut out in the backseat view of the console to see if that wiring exists? That is really the crux of me moving forward with any other part purchases.

Very Helpful indeed! What I am curious about is why they have the plastic knockouts present especially in the interior of the trucks console. I guess I need to do some excavating but just don't know if it is a lost cause as it says the inverter is DELETED which I do not know is a core indicator...
