Yes agreed from taking on potential problems and increasing downtime the Ohlins shocks are gamble. Again reliability I have seen from these guys in MTB and moto was what I was chasing mentally.
If someone had asked advice for MTB suspension I would never professionally recommend something that...
Well @CrazyCooter that comment had foresight.
Just recieved an email from the supplier stating that they cant supply. This despite the fact that I emailed them prior to ordering to confirm they had the shocks in stock. Recived confirmation email prior to ordering confirming they had stock...
Agreed information is minimal.
Ride / handling is certainly subjective, as it is to how the vehilce is used and at what speeds etc. Im pretty new to the Jeep / 4x4 susepsnion conversation.
Having worked with MTB suspension and Ohlins, the saving grace from a MTB persepctive is that Ohlins has...
Yes there is always plenty of this in marketing!
Additionally his is really the only review online, which is concerning.
However a bit of blind faith with Ohlins given past two wheel experiences coupled with my own made in Sweden status got me over the line (Also a solid sale price)

Rancho is pretty rare in Australia, also we are heavily restricted by local laws on modifications. We are maxed out at two inches of lift so that [Banned Site] Rancho kit will ensure plentiful interaction with the boys in blue.
Sad but true.
It's more of an Overland build
So yes will get a reasonably high load. Priority will be on comfort and stability at speed for Australian touring. Not so much on technical rick crawling.
Seems hard to determine how stiff or compliant springs are.
Thread rehash
As a keen Mtber with Ohlins on a couple of bikes I'm keen to try these out.
Just ordered the Ohlins for the Gladi. Very keen to see how they go.
Now to find some springs and other mods to get the Gladi lifted and sorted.
Anyone else have Ohlins on their Gladi?
Hi All
Wondering if many people have experience with Ohlins STX Shocks (2-3 inch lift versions) with the Gladiator. Ive just purchased the shocks (waiting impatiently...) and need to purchase supporting mods. Ie Coils, swaybar links, brackets/ Control arms etc.
Looking for approx 2.5inches of...
Thanks for putting up photos.
I'm looking at one of these myself. Just wondering if you are able to access the bed from inside the camper? Or do you have to exit camper to gain access to the bed? (When bed is down for use)
Thanks for any help
Thanks @Mightytalldude & @WILDHOBO

Question on Tyre Pressure
As above the new tyres are Mickey T's Baja in size 255 85 17.
Tyre shop has set them to 41psi. This seems high for this size tyre. Any feedback on what pressure to run?
Thanks in advance
First Mod to the Glady
Chose the pizza cutters, although actually look chunkier than anticipated. (In a good way)
255 85 17 on AEV Salta XR.
Stoked on the look. General driving noise much better than stock BFG muddies.
