Loose pins would be interesting. I don't think it's the overall cause. At least for me, the MIL light only comes on at startup, never when driving down the road. I don't think loose pins would be causing problems only when I start it. I'm more inclined to think electrical noise/interference...

So - has anyone here had the P0341 code with no drivability issues (ie, code & MIL, and no limp mode), and had the TSB repair, and not had any further issues with the P0341 code? I haven't gotten around to getting to the dealership, figured I'd see what people's results are....

And a follow up - cleared the C220B-00 code using the 'Inlet Valve Calibration' and 'Pilot Valve Calibration' functions in AlfaOBD. I was a little surprised the Thinktool Pros diag tool wouldn't do it. A straight 'ABS Initialization' function on the Thinktool Pros didn't suffice.

Blast from the past, but do you recall how you calibrated the ACC ABS valves? I'm wrapping up an ACC install (new ABS, DASM module etc), and this is the only code left in the new ABS module (ACC Valves not calibrated - C220B-00) thanks -mike

FWIW, I'm midway through the install, and that part number (68357530AD) seems to be correct for the MY2023 as well, everything plugs in. Working on the programming side now, was hoping the Autel I have would do it but I have my doubts after last night.

I'm starting to order parts for this for my '23 JTRD... The windshield harness (68357530AD) is showing up as incompatible for mine according to mymoparparts.com, while the all-inclusive trim, harness & switch bundle is compatible. Any ideas?

Very cool! ACC was one of the features I wanted but didn’t get on my Gladiator. I may have to start shopping for parts.

:facepalm: Just got a '23 Gladiator diesel two weeks ago. 200 miles, just popped the check engine light tonight & found only the P0341 code. No drivability issues yet; will be reaching out to the dealer tomorrow.... Will be following this thread.
