    I just put the MT Baja Boss in 35x12.50x17 on my Rubicon. As you mentioned, some rubbing on passenger side at full lock. Also from S Louisiana originally...l'aissez les bon temps rouler!

    It should be a reusable gasket. I've done the rear on my 23 JTR, but not the front yet. Just remember to loosen the fill plug first to make sure you can get fresh lube in there after you've drained the old stuff and replaced the cover.

    I have the Proven Ground one from Extreme Terrain. Works well and priced right. On my Chevy, I had the Truxedo one. Better quality, but a bit more expensive.
