I'm fairly sure this scenario will never play itself out as Amsoil is as good as whatever Mopar wants U to use. And if it wasn't, all the people "digging their heels in about it" would probably be mush less, no?

Clearly, there are laws to protect consumers against companies trying to make you use THEIR products. And if something were to happen to my motor, how is Jeep going to prove I use Amsoil and Amsoil is the reason for the failure? Do they have test tubes in the shop equivalent to testing pool...

Its not the first, its the 4th. I did the first one at 1000 miles and the dealer did the last 2 at 5k and 10k. I use amsoil in my Harleys and have for 15 years. Have never had an issue with them or anything else I have run that oil in. Didnt know that amsoil was called out as a warranty voider...

This! BADAZZ! Different paint for me but the concept is very cool. Unfortunately, not enough profit for the limited amount of buyers this vehicle would appeal to.
