Mine happens only in 4H...around 20-25mph. I have had a new TC put in by the dealership, new driveshaft, realignment, etc. and it still persists. I think my pinion angle is still off but it drives me crazy. Still on the hunt...
Love it! Easy to put on and I just added backup lights to where the mesh grill part is since it already had the attachment points behind there. Looks like much better clearance than I thought when I ordered it.

Fair question...I had an appointment with my Shop and was sure this was actually a Driveshaft issue. How many TCases fail when it has never been in 4wheel drive?
So, update is that I purchased an Ultra + Diamond $100K warranty upgrade at the time of purchase. The warranty also stated that the Jeep was lifted and modified to include additional coverage including TCase. Only stipulation was that modifications had to be street legal in the state you reside...

So, have a 2023 Mojave that came lifted from Covert here in Austin area. Bought it new and after 2K miles finally got a chance to offroad some. Immediately noticed a grinding noise in 4H and decided to go back to 2H and call it a day. I worked with my local 4x4 shop since they had done my regear...
FAD? Yes, I only have 3K miles on it...just not sure where this noise is generating from. Only happens in 4H and definitely from the front (right?) maybe.
I have had it regeared to 5.13 and had that inspected and everything is perfect.
