  1. Diesel suspension upgrade

So far simply replacing the front shocks with bilstein 5100 have made a big difference! They handle the weight much better. The ride on and off road is much more composed. Happy for now!
  2. Diesel suspension upgrade

This makes sense! Considering bottoming out issue, am I okay installing 1 in spacer lift without bump stop spacer on stock Rubi springs? Could I go 1.5in lift? Or is that putting springs and shocks at risk of damage?
  3. Diesel suspension upgrade

Thank you to everyone. Your trials and tribulations have helped a lot. ?
  4. Diesel suspension upgrade

Okay great! Tereflex 1 inch. Seems to work for other diesel owners per the reviews. Opted for less lift with hopes my oil pan stays out of contact with the axle. Could I have gone more?
  5. Diesel suspension upgrade

Okay dumb question time. I ordered bilstein 5100 shocks for the front with a spacer lift. Is it fine to leave the rear alone with the stock fox shocks? Will it make a big difference vs getting rear 5100s? I suppose I’ll let y’all know soon enough!
  6. Diesel suspension upgrade

Okay cool. These raise the front end and have bump stop impact reduction?? Seems like a great solution.
  7. Diesel suspension upgrade

Which bump stop replacements would you recommend for a 1 in spacer lift? I see teraflex has some rubber ones but they look long.
  8. Diesel suspension upgrade

If the bump stop extensions are installed with the lift, doesn’t the up travel stay the same? Or am I missing something?
  9. Diesel suspension upgrade

I tossed a few sand bags in the bed and it settles on road suspension significantly.
  10. Diesel suspension upgrade

Weight in the back helped smooth the ride with stock suspension. More than I was expecting. The diesel thrived with the heavy load btw! In love!
  11. Diesel suspension upgrade

Wonder if finding some takeoff springs and shocks from a newer ecodiesel will improve the ride. (This is under the assumption Jeep made improvements after 2021 model year). Anyone have some lying around the garage? Or OEM parts numbers I can order?
  12. Diesel suspension upgrade

Good thoughts! My truck is new to me with 40k miles. It is unmodified (crazy, I know). The shocks probably need changing! I’ll look into Clayton level springs. Anyone have any significant time on them!? should I just get it out of my head that I will ever “glide” over washboard at speed with...
  13. Diesel suspension upgrade

Need some guidance. 2021 Jeep Rubicon Diesel. What’s the best way to improve the diesels ride over washboard and bumps without lifting? I feel like I have to crawl over bumps currently. At most I want is a level. This is my daily driver. I would like something composed on the bumps but not too...
  14. Fifteen52 Wheels

Here is how she turned out with the @fifteen52 wheels! Stock suspension on 33s. Probably not going bigger tire because I live in the mountains and the speed limit is 80mph! Anywho, I’m pleased with the result! There are minor changes in driving dynamics with the offset and increase weight of the...
  15. Clayton Leveling Kit Results on Rubicon Diesel

Awaiting the Clayton leveling kit for my JT rubicon Ecodiesel. Hopefully gonna get upgraded shocks per the TSB from Jeep. Although I just bought the Jeep used. Hopefully warranty picks up the tab still. Anywho… those of you running the Clayton leveling springs, any improvement traveling at...
  16. Fifteen52 Wheels

I like the setup. Any regrets/issues or changes in driving characteristics with the wheels?
  17. Fifteen52 Wheels

Just purchased some fifteen52 wheels on sale. I haven’t had them installed. I have a rubicon JT. I am second guessing my decision out of fear of the 0 offset. Do any of you have any issues with stone/gravel damage or regret going with an aggressive offset?
