As far as I know, the winch Mount has those sorts of parts, designed to work with stock steel bumper for the 392 Rubicon, which I think is made (or at least designed) by AEV. Still trying to get much needed...
Thank you for the detailed pic! Before long I'll be trying to install a winch plate that a friend gave me. It's not an AEV, he bought it for his Rubicon 392, but decided he didn't want to do a winch on it about 6 months after he got the plate, so couldn't return it.

I am using the DV8 spacers. The AEV skid bolted to the bumper, but I had to cut off the outside inch piece at each end to clear the clevis mounts I installed. I welded a piece of angle iron to the back bottom of each frame extension, that lined up with a mount hole on each side of the plate, so...
